Biography

Monte Bell is an American actor, comedic writer and director. He was born in Queens New York and relocated to Coney Island, Brooklyn as a child where he had his first film experience as an extra in Spike Lee's "He Got Game" (1996) He went on to make many independent comedy shorts and is the creator of a sketch comedy web series titled "Barely Functional" (2017).
